Washing dishes and reading the same children’s books over and over: these daily tasks give my mind such space to wander. So now that I at last have adequate sleep again (our youngest is 2 years old) my imagination is churning. I still hear stories or quotes and think: “That’ll preach!” but I am not preaching regularly in a congregation, just the occasional filling-in. I have ideas for new ministries or projects or events that get me really excited, but only a place to implement some of them, since I am not in formal leadership. So here is where I will put them, all the thoughts, interpretations of Scripture and current events, and my ideas for ministries or projects. Please feel free to use, share, and improve upon these ideas, citing me when appropriate.
